What's on this worksheet
Two three-digit numbers with at least one regroup. Many problems regroup twice, and some sums reach the thousands. Each sheet comes with an answer key on a separate page.
Teaching tips
Watch for a two-digit column sum, like 13, written in a single column. It is the most common regrouping error.
Have students estimate by rounding to the nearest hundred, then compare with the exact answer.
How to use this worksheet maker
Press New worksheet for a fresh set of problems, then Print. To save a PDF instead, choose "Save as PDF" in the print window. Every sheet has a short code in the bottom corner. Copy the link to a sheet and you can print exactly the same problems again later, which is handy for retakes and for sharing with other teachers.
